To improve the overall stability and performance of our platform, we’ve implemented usage limits for free-tier services. This document explains how the limits work, with examples.
Web service
Here are current web service limitations running in free tier.
The limit period begins on the app’s creation date and resets exactly one month later on the same date and time.
Memory limit

256 MB
Examples of limit periods
Example 1: App Created on January 15, 2024, at 10:00 AM
• Limit Period Start: January 15, 2024, 10:00 AM
• Limit Period End: February 15, 2024, 10:00 AM
• Next Reset Date: February 15, 2024, 10:00 AM
If your app’s average memory usage exceeds 32 MB, it will be suspended.
At February 15, 2024, 10:00 AM, the limits reset, and the app will resume automatically.
How to monitor usage
Go to your app’s Usage tab in the dashboard.
Check the “Memory Limit” section to see your current average usage and peak usage.
Avoiding suspension
To ensure uninterrupted service, you can:
Optimize your app’s memory usage to stay within the limits.
Upgrade to a paid plan to increase memory limits and unlock more features.
FAQs
What happens to my app if I exceed the limits?
Your app will be suspended until the next reset date. Suspension stops the app from running but does not delete it.
Will I get a notification before suspension?
Yes, we’ll notify you via email when your app is nearing the limit.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-period?
Yes, you can upgrade anytime to avoid suspension and resume your app immediately.
